What's Added at Checkout

Cleaning Fee
$100 CAD

A flat $100 cleaning fee is added to every booking regardless of length of stay. Covers standard post-stay cleaning only.

Damage Deposit
None

No pre-authorized deposit required. Guests agree to our Guest Agreement at booking, which covers liability for any damage during their stay.

Minimum Stay
2 Nights

All bookings require a minimum of 2 nights. Peak festival weekends may require longer minimums — inquire for details.

Cancellations

30+ days before
Full Refund

Accommodation total refunded in full. Cleaning fee non-refundable.

15–30 days before
50% Refund

Half of accommodation total refunded. Cleaning fee non-refundable.

Under 14 days
No Refund

Full amount paid is forfeited. Travel insurance strongly recommended.

No-show
No Refund

Full amount paid is forfeited regardless of reason.
